Who We Are and What We Do
We are a Website, named CreativeCodecraft, run under sole proprietorship. Our website is www.creativecodecraft.com and we are a service provider. Our services include website design, graphics design, website analysis and consultation, website maintenance, logo design and more alike. We publish blog posts too sometimes.
Our Service Charges
Our services are not free, and they are based on flexible prices depending upon the complexity of a website or a design project or similar.
Basic charges are mentioned in our website packages section, they are starter prices for the standard or basic version. They are not fixed charges, fluctuations occure in them depending upon the complexity of work.
When a customer submit project requirements to us, so based on that we tell him the exact charge of service. While for some services there are fixed charges like for Logo Design, Business Card and Banner Design. Price change occurs when customer asks for extra revisions, concepts and extra service other than mentioned.
We accept PayPal payments from outside India. And in India, we accept Cash, Debit/Credit Cards etc. Minimum 60% payment is required in advance before getting started for a project.
Time Frame terms for a Job Completion
If you take our services for website or graphics design, you will be provided a time frame for its accomplishment, time frame will be based on the projects in queue. Minium 20 days wait above than provided time is required before terminating that project and asking for a refund. If service or project is not delivered in 20 Days + Mentioned Time-Frame, customer is liable to get 95% refund of the payment he did!
If time-frame is increased from the customer side, project gets delayed, and customer wants to terminate the project, payment will not be refundable for this.
Legal Terms (Lawsuit)
Customer can not file a case or send a private lawyer letter without consenting with us the problems happened. We believe in talk, discuss and solving the issues and problems!
Once a service is given, and job is accomplished, we do not take any guarantee for anything relating to that! Customer is responsive for everything in a lawsuit of legalties. If you accept that you can take our service otherwise not.
These terms are changeable and we can change them! Whenever we update them we will provide a time of updation in this section.
So far only data we receive is from the contact form given in the website. And it's for our service and jobs. We do not share this data with any one. And if we share it, we will do after the consent with the person who own it.

How much refund is allowed and terms for it -
95% or the amount after fee deduction: in case we are charged a fee from the payment gateway middle company.
80% if customer is liable to get taken our time in too much consultation/discussion more than 20 minutes. So 20% we keep to ourself as a consultation/discussion charge.
100% when we are not charged a fee. Or customer has not taken our time in discussion or it is less than 20 minutes.
100% when customer is not happy with our work, and tell us he is not happy at the first update and mentions that he wants a refund.
When we make refunds -
1. When customer pays mistakenly
When a customer pays mistakenly full or partial payment. We refund it 100% or the amount after the fee deduction by payment gateway handler.
2. When customer is not happy with our work and tell us this after he sees first update.
When a customer is not happy with our work, and mention that he is not happy with our work and wants a refund, We refund it 100% or the amount after the fee deduction by payment gateway handler. But the condition is that customer only can ask a refund at first update. If is approves the first update, then he is not liable to ask refund after that!
3. When project/service get delayed.
When we delay the project 20 days + mentioned time-frame, and only if customer asks for it. (70% Amount will be refunded). Note - If customer keeps working with us silently with his own choice without telling us about delay and refund demand, and keeps project moving on, he is not liable to ask a refund, whatever is the project progress.
When we do not make refunds -
1. If customer cancels the project at 2nd update, after first update provided
2. If customer abuses us, threatens us and communicate dirty with us
3. If customer do not inform us about refund when time delays occure
4. If customer cancels project after the project development has started (In case of programming). No first update apply here.
